Our position

EXF does not offer, pay, request or accept bribes, kickbacks or improper payments of any kind, directly or through anyone else. This applies to our team, freelancers and anyone acting for us, in the UK and abroad, in line with the Bribery Act 2010.

Gifts and hospitality

Reasonable and proportionate hospitality is part of normal business. Anything that could influence a decision, or look like it could, is declined. Significant gifts or hospitality are recorded.

Introducers

Where we pay a fee to someone who introduces new business, it is agreed in writing, recorded and paid transparently. We never pay anyone to influence a client's decision improperly.

Reporting

Concerns can be raised in confidence by emailing josh.e@exf.studio. No one will be treated unfairly for raising a concern in good faith.
