Our business

Exell Film Ltd, trading as EXF.STUDIO ("EXF", "we", "us") is a London film and photography production company. We work with a small core team, freelance crews in the UK and abroad, and suppliers such as equipment houses, studios, locations and post-production partners.

Our commitment

We do not tolerate slavery, forced labour or human trafficking anywhere in our business or supply chain. We are members of the APA (Advertising Producers Association) and the AOP (Association of Photographers) and follow their standards. We are below the turnover threshold that makes this statement a legal requirement, and publish it because fair work matters to us.

What we do

Carry out right to work checks on everyone we engage.
Pay crew fairly and on time, at or above recognised industry rates.
Work with established suppliers and local production partners we know and trust.
Respect working hours, breaks and rest on every production.
Encourage anyone to raise concerns, and act on them.
